Please note that sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased. However, if you are unable to attend your appointment, a refund can be issued only if we can fill your spot. To ensure a complete 45-minute session, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time; unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals with additional time.
